Review: ELF Brightening Eye Color

I recently bought elf Brightening Eye Color in Luxe (it's an eyeshadow quad) and already made a tutorial using it. You can refer to this link RBBH Look: Pretty in Luxe .

What I like about it...
* inexpensive
* handy
* it's very pigmented
* blends easily
* no irritation / allergies
What I don't like...
* it's powdery and tends to get messy when you're not careful

Tips:
Put on eye primer or cream eyeshadow before applying.
This will help the colors become more vibrant and for the shadows to last longer.

i have this quad but gave it to my friend coz di ko nagagamit but the colors are pretty though!
