CoverGirl Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Shadows in Tropical Fusion Swatch
I really like the blend of colors in this quad. They are very pretty and fun and I think this can look good with anyone, if applied correctly. My only qualm about this quad is that, it is hard to let the colors show without a creamy base or primer. In addition to that, the lightest shade is very chalky and has less color payoff compared to the other three.
I honestly tried to do an EOTD with this quad, unfortunately there were too many distractions at home and I couldn't finish what I was doing. (oooh life of a mom. hehe)
What's funny is that, the colors look similar to the recently released YSL Bleus Lumier Summer 2014 Ombre Eyeshadow Palette which retails for $60!
Do you ladies have an eyeshadow palette similar to the ones above? Also, do let me know if you still want to see a completed look using the CG Tropical Fusion quad. If you don't, I won't bother. hehehe
Until next time.
Cheerios!

They look really similar indeed o___o And I really like the pigmentation of cover girl's quad. (Although I'm more into neutrals :P)
ReplyDeleteTake care*
Oh yes, you are right, they do look similar, nice find!
ReplyDeleteThe yellow looks like a fail. It looks chalky and not as smooth as the other shades... I wouldn't know what to do with this kind of palette, but I think it can be a great supplementary palette to a nude set? Haha not sure! :P
ReplyDeleteThey do look similar. I like the bright, fun shades of the palette but I agree with Tellie... the yellow (or is it a very light lime green?) looks quite chalky. Anyway, I can definitely see myself using these colors. They look so cute e! <3
