The girls and I finally had a day all to ourselves, this was last week.  It was such short notice and nothing was really planned. We had no idea where to go and chitchat. Finally, we decided to hangout at our friend's Salon and got our nails done.


It has been over a year since we last went all together to get our nails done. I had such great time with my girls and we talked about a lot of stuff all afternoon.


This is what the interior looks like. It's painted in pink with style icons on the wall! That is Lalaine in photo and the owner of Hair Couture Salon and a professional make-up artist.


I love their customer service, the staff are friendly and very accommodating.  The services they offer are very affordable and results are awesome (quality is similar to high end salons). The best part is they have Free Wifi! Mid-sized salons rarely offer that.

I have been using the Sigma F88 brush ever since I got it last month and it has become my go-to foundation brush.  If you love the Sigma F80 brush (review HERE), I have no doubt that you will absolutely adore the Sigma F88 brush as well.

This is the one of the most beautiful red lipsticks I have right now and I absolutely love it.  I don't know if you ladies have noticed, but I'm a big fan of Revlon Lipsticks specifically from their Matte and Super Lustrous Line.

I already have the Revlon Matte Lipstick in "In The Red" (review HERE), which is another red matte lipstick that I adore but the Revlon Matte Lipstick in Really Red, is prettier so it simply became my favorite red lipstick.


I've read from a couple of blogs that Revlon Matte Lipstick in Really Red is a good dupe for the MAC Ruby Woo. I can't attest to this since I don't own Ruby Woo.

I bought a few things from the Etude House shop last month, during their sale. A lot of the items were on sale at 50% off so I simply couldn't resist. LOL

There were a lot of the eyeshadow palettes, blush, etc. on sale but I didn't get any since I already have a lot of makeup in my stash, I just wanted to pick those that seemed interesting and new to me. BTW, the Oh m'Eye Lash Petticoat was not included in the sale but I just had to buy a backup for myself since I've been using it quite a lot these days.

MAC Cosmetics recently launched the new Studio Perfect SPF 15 Foundation and will be available in our local MAC counters here in Philippines this October 2012.

While I was in Manila a few months ago, I picked this up on whim when we went to Watsons MOA.  The weather in Manila was literally making my skin dry since it was so humid.  I continued using this particular moisturizer when I came back here in Cebu. So it's high time that you know what I think about it.

I won't make this long. This is just your ordinary tuna sandwich. The only difference is that I used Baguette instead of your usual whole wheat sliced bread and added more stuff in to it. LOL


Ingredients as follows...
* Baguette / French Bread
* Riped Mango
* Romaine Lettuce
* Mayonnaise (I used Best Foods Mayo)
* Corned Tuna (I used San Marino Corned Tuna)
* Tomatoes (I prefer medium sized tomatoes which are still green)

Making this is easy as a breeze.

You only need to slice the Baguette to your desired size and toast it in a pan for bit.
Put in a little amount (about 1 tbsp) of mayo on both sides of the Baguette
Place the rest of the ingredients inside the bun.
Lay your lettuce first, followed by tomato slices, then the corned tuna.
Finally, add at least 2-3 thin slices of mangoes to give that sweet taste.


voila you're done!
